Limerick City and County Council wish to advise motorists and road users that a Traffic Management plan to close the N21 from its junction with R519 Ballingarry Road to its junction with L-1420 Lantern Lodge Roundabout from Monday 30th March to Monday 6th April 2026. Night Time works between the hours of 22:00hrs and 06:00hrs each night.
- Travelling West bound the Diversion during this time, L-1420 to its junction with the L8022 to its junction with the R519 to its junction with the N21.
- Travelling East bound the Diversion during this time, R519 to its junction with the L8022 to its junction with the L1420 to its junction with the N21.
This closure is necessary to facilitate surfacing works for the New Roundabout on the N21 and are being carried out during the night to minimise disruption.
- Road Closure and local diversion routes will be in operation for the duration of the works.
- Emergency Access will be made available where required.
- Access to Adare Village is from the West side of Adare only during the times of this proposed closure
