Join us at Angel Times Wellness in the city for a sober conscious weekend workshop.
We will be led in guided explorations and exercises which will regulate your nervous system, soothe your heart, and inspire (and ground) your mind. We will learn about our patterns and trauma responses and what is in the way of clean conscious touch and what invites in the same cycles when it comes to clear authentic relating.
This is a non-sexual event, it is more a research immersion into love and unpacking the trauma pathways which thwart pure love from being lived every day. Both singles and couples are very welcome.
