Museum of Memorable Trees

Friday 13th & Saturday 14th March @ 1pm - 2pm
  • Museum of Memorable Trees

Step into a world of wonder at the Museum of Memorable Trees - a tiny travelling exhibition with a giant heart. Nestled in the beautiful Hunt Museum Garden, this charming museum-on-wheels celebrates the stories, memories, and magic of extraordinary trees.

Inspired by the Welsh saying “Dod yn ôl at fy nghoed” - “To return to my trees”, meaning to come back to a positive state of mind - the Museum invites visitors of all ages to pause, reflect, and reconnect with nature’s quiet wisdom.

Join the curator for a guided wander through this enchanting miniature space. Open tiny doors, listen to immersive soundscapes, discover intricate dioramas, and uncover touching tales from tree-lovers far and wide.

Have a tree that lives in your heart?
You’re invited to add your own story to the museum’s ever-growing collection of arboreal memories.

A gentle, imaginative experience for families, nature lovers, and anyone who’s ever found comfort in the branches of a favourite tree.
