The Incremental Purchase Scheme at Cluain Dara, Broadford, County Limerick is now open for applications.
Please ensure you meet the basic eligibility criteria before applying under this scheme.
There is a Stage 1 Application Fee of €50 (non-refundable) which must be paid at the time of application and is payable in the Cash Office, Customer Services, Limerick City and County Council.
Please confirm that you have applied for approval in principal either through a Local Authority Home Loan or a Private Lending Institution or provide confirmation of how you are going to finance the purchase at the time of application.
