Atlantic Diving Club is based around the Limerick area. We are affiliated to the Irish Underwater Council (CFT) which is in turn affiliated to CMAS.
We dive almost every week around the west coast, weather permitting, and for bank holiday weekends we organise diving trips around Ireland, like Portmagee, Dingle, Aran Islands, Connemara, Alihies, Donegal and many more. Our usual dive sites include Kilkee Doolin and Quilty.
The club has our own 7m rib, mariner 320 compressor and nitrox filling. The club does not have personal scuba diving equipment however we have many members that do not dive regularly that are very friendly and they can lend you equipment as long as you take good care of it.
We take on new members towards the end of the year or just after Christmas and the nationally certified instructors in the club will give you in depth training in the pool and take you on open water dives in the sea. If you’ve never tried scuba diving before you are welcome to come to one of our try a dive evenings and get an understand as to why we are so passionate about diving.
