Limerick Arts and Culture Exchange (L.A.C.E.) is a representative body that works to develop, support and advocate for the cultural sector in Limerick.
L.A.C.E evolved from an engagement forum between Limerick City of Culture 2014 and the Limerick 2020 Bid team and those active in the City and County’s cultural life.
Post 2014, members agreed that a reinforced body working closely with Limerick Local Authority and other agencies will allow for greater capacity building across the sector. L.A.C.E. now invites cultural groups from the wider Limerick communities to become active in developing a rich cultural life of the city and county.
L.A.C.E has a number of strands representing areas of cultural and creative practice in Limerick.

Membership
Membership of L.A.C.E. is open to anyone living in limerick and the Midwest region who are involved in the cultural life of Limerick. It is open those who have specific interests in or are delivering activities affecting the limerick region.
New Members can join by contacting the L.A.C.E. email account: limerickartsandculture@gmail.com, where they will then be referred to the appropriate strand to allow engagement with L.A.C.E..
