Limerick’s overall population is expected to increase to 300,000 by 2040, making us an even more significant commercial location. To match this growth and in parallel with environmentally-sustainable initiatives, €40 billion is due to be invested in the city region’s infrastructure and property. Public transport infrastructure will benefit from €250 million investment earlier than that, by 2030.
