MyMind

MyMind has 12 multidisciplinary psychotherapists working in the Limerick centre, with a range of languages (English, Romanian, Polish, German, Irish) to support all communities in Limerick. 

MyMind is self referral so you can contact the service directly where a session can be booked within 72 hours either by phone or on the website www.mymind.org.

MyMind offers affordable mental health services with a scale of rates based on employment status with reduced rates available for those not in full time employment.

MyMind also provides workshops and seminars by psychotherapists in the workplace, community projects or schools on a range of different topics such as self care, stress reduction, resilience etc.
