Join us at Lough Gur Visitor Centre and Lakeshore Park for our Sunrise Yoga classes.
All ages and abilities are welcome, so come and join us at Lough Gur Visitor Centre for a rejuvenating and relaxing class in one of Limerick's most tranquil locations. The classes will be held outside, on the shores of the lake, weather permitting. If the weather is poor, the class will be held in our visitor centre.
Classes are being led by Úna O'Rourke who is a highly experienced yoga teacher, whom many of you will already be familair with. The ticket price includes a complementary tea/coffee and yoga mats will be provided should anyone require them.
Classes will run every Friday morning at 10am from Friday 24th April to Friday 29th May.
