David Park is the author of eleven novels, two collections of short stories and a novella.
He has won a range of prizes, including The Authors’ Club First Novel Award, the Ewart-Biggs Memorial Prize, the American Ireland Fund Literary Award and his novel Travelling in a Strange Land won the Kerry Group Irish Novel of the Year. He has been shortlisted for the International Dublin Literary Award and his work has appeared widely in translation. He has received a Major Artist Award from the Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
