Social Prescribing within Limerick City Partnership is a free support offered by the HSE. It aims to reduce social isolation and improve people's health and wellbeing. Come along and meet your Social Prescribers, Kayleigh and Sinead for a cuppa and to learn some more about how Social Prescribing can help. Targeted towards anyone 18+ who would like to learn more about Social Prescribing.
