Friday 18th September @ 6.30pm
  • Culture Night at the Hunt Museum

This Culture Night, the Hunt Museum invites you to enjoy a special evening of culture, creativity, and live music after hours.

Wander through the galleries and discover the treasures of the Hunt Collection, while taking a final look at two temporary exhibitions before they close.

  • Our, Óir, Ore: Four Millennia of Limerick Silver and Gold brings the visitor on a journey through Limerick’s 4,000-year history of silver and gold craftsmanship.
  • OUR: Conversations with the Collection explores how objects can hold and convey meaning, the exhibition reimagines the collection through dynamic dialogue with contemporary art.

Families can enjoy hands-on arts and crafts activities throughout the evening, alongside live musical performances from local Limerick DJ and Artist Tom Prendergast, Quarter Dozen and Gramophone Social that will bring the museum and gardens to life.

Join us for a memorable celebration of art, culture, and community in the heart of Limerick.
