Join us for a morning of mindfulness and meditation.
We will begin with some simple, slow movements and grounding, and then move into a guided meditation. This would gently support people to notice any feelings that might be there around environmental concerns (like worry or overwhelm), and meet those feelings with kindness. We’d also include a sense of shared experience—remembering we’re not alone—and then gently expand to include care for others and the natural world.
Please bring a yoga mat.
