The Treaty Whiskey Society is delighted to announce the details of their next tasting showcasing the Pearse Lyons Distillery and its range of Pearse Irish Whiskey.

The Pearse Lyons Distillery nestled in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties opened its doors in 2017, through the dedication of the Lyons family to restore and repurpose the former St. James’s Church into the home of Pearse Whiskey.

Founded by the late Dr. Pearse Lyons who led an illustrious and internationally recognised career in brewing and distillation, the distillery's operation is now led by his son Mark Lyons who represents the seventh generation of the Lyons family in the brewing, distilling, and cooperage industry.

It is through the distillery teams expert craft and passion that they have produced a line of award-winning Irish Whiskeys.

Join them on October 8th to hear the story of Pearse Lyons, the family's generational connections to the production of Irish Whiskey, and the evolution of the distillery in a home as distinctive as the spirit it produces.

A range of Pearse Irish Whiskey's will be available to try on the night.

Tickets for this event are available to both society members and non-members.
