This Fine Art project provides the opportunity for Limerick School of Art and Design (LSAD) Painting students to actively engage and respond to the Hunt Museums important collection.
Each Year a diverse range of ideas and concepts emerge from this collaborative process, not only regarding the actual objects and paintings on view but also the display methods used by the Hunt. For this Year’s Exhibition the brief is to interpret the collection under the broad idea of Fréamhacha meaning to take root and how it relates to contemporary issues and contexts.
