Lough Gur National School

Lough Gur National School has a very active sporting tradition with weekly football, hurling and rugby coaches attending the school and mentoring the students. There is also a wonderful emphasis on drama and music in the school. The school has very close links to the community and has an extremely active Parents Association who work very closely in association with the staff.
