Jess will be running 3 workshops over the weekend as well as offering private tuition. On May 26th & 27th from 10am - 1pm she will be running a mixed aerial intensive course. This is open to everyone (aged 16+) and there is no prior experience necessary. During this workshop Jess will take you through a series of tricks and combos on trapeze, aerial rope and silk, and also aerial hoop. You'll get to hang, spin and swing on the equipment and learn to fly through the air with the greatest of ease.

The second workshop will be a masterclass in aerial rope on Saturday 26th May, 2pm - 5pm. This workshop is suitable for people with prior experience in rope (aged 16+). You will run through some static poses as well as some drops and combos. There are some prerequisites to this class, you must be able to climb comfortably and confidently, invert and know basic locks like foot lock and hip lock. It'll be a bit of a challenge but every level of experience will be catered for.

The final workshop is a masterclass in aerial hoop on Sunday 27th May, 2pm - 5pm. Again this workshop is suitable for people with prior experience in aerial hoop (aged 16+). You will work on a variety of different static tricks which can be incorporated into a spinning sequence and also on some more dynamic drops, beats and rolls. There are some prerequisites to this class, you must be able to mount & dismount the hoop comfortably and confidently, invert and be comfortable in a hox (hanging by your knees).
