Limerick Strand Hotel received three major awards at last night’s Irish Hotel Awards hosted at the 5* Heritage Hotel, Killenard in association with YesChef.
With over 250 guests at this prestigious black-tie affair, The Irish Hotel Awards celebrate the amazing commitment and dedication of the hospitality industry in Ireland, and provides a bespoke programme to deliver a unique insight into the visitor experience in each participating hotel. They deliver a 280 point report offering 360° feedback on each department in each property, with a detailed assessment of their guest experience from reservation and check in, right through to checkout and departure.
The Irish Hotel Awards are intensely competitive; drawing entries from hundreds of hotels. Each entrant is thoroughly evaluated by members of the judging panel who access the detailed hotel reports. The Limerick Strand won the following awards:
Best Hotel Restaurant Manager - Vicky Collins
Hotel Receptionist of the Year – Evan McMahon (a recent Shannon college graduate)
Business & Conference Hotel of the Year 2018
