Bruff Community Council's fundraising activities, similar to most organisations in the community and voluntary sector, has been badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. With their usual avenues for fundraising no longer possible, they had to think of new methods to raise funds to cover the overheads which still accrue.
"Here in Bruff we were fortunate enough to have been gifted a Limerick jersey signed by the McCarthy cup winners of 2018, donated by the two time All Star member of our community, Sean Finn.
"We have framed the jersey and are raffling it online. Now is the ideal time as Limerick march forward again hopefully all the way to another All-Ireland." says Biddy Hayes, Secretary of Bruff Grange Meanus (BGM) Community Council.

All proceeds from this venture will go to BGM Community Council CLG to enable it to survive this difficult year and enable it to continue working for the community into the future.
