We hold classes in two locations close to Limerick City two nights per week - Lisnagry National School and Milford National School, Castletroy.

Our experienced instructors will take you on a journey towards achieving optimal mental and physical well-being. Our instructors are all qualified in hatha yoga, having completed their training in Ireland and overseas.The mission of Limerick Yoga Room is to improve the lives of its members through the arts of yoga and meditation.
