Ashtanga Yoga follows a set sequence of poses, allowing the student to progress gradually through the sequence. It is a dynamic form of yoga which builds strength, stamina and flexibility.
Christine experienced ashtanga yoga for the first time in 2002 with Camino Diez in the Canary Islands. She started to practice under this teacher in a more dedicated way from 2004.
In 2008, she made her first trip to Mysore, India to deepen her yogic practice. She returned to India in 2012 and 2015/16. She teaches ashtanga yoga in the tradition of the lineage.
