Fundraising Cycle Club for local charities.
In 1989 a group of workers from Wyeth decided to run a charity cycle in aid of a colleague. Such was the success of the venture,the cycle was continued the following year,and so the Wyeth Touring Club (as it was originally known) was born.
Every years since then the club has held one or two fund raising events. The key ethos of the club is to help change the lives of those less fortunate. To date the club has raised close to €1Millon for charity.
We would like to thank all of the charities, supporters and cyclists with whom we have been involved with. We would like to especially thank all of our colleagues at the Askeaton Wyeth site and throughout West Limerick, without whose support the Club would not have achieved such levels of success.
