Over the years the club has developed its facilities to include:

There is also a Little Athletics programme for younger athletes which will be run for a 6 week perod in March/April. Keep an eye on our news page for the commencement dates.

Participants set their own goals and are assisted by the trained Fit4Life leaders in the club. The emphasis is on improving fitness in a fun and sociable environment and no previous experience is required. All ability levels are catered for and participants exercise with others of a similar fitness level.
The fit4life group have a formal training session on Friday night from 7-8 pm and some members of the group also meet up on Sunday morning, Monday evening and Wednesday evening for informal meet and train sessions.
