The Camoge River joins the Maigue River upstream from the town of Croom in County Limerick.
It has good stocks of trout and is strictly fly fishing only. In recent years there has been an improvement in the trout fishing.
The season runs from 15 February until 30 September.
Enquiries can be made to the secretary of the Camoge Angling Club, who is Mr Dan Quain, 11 Coshma Avenue, Croom and at Steve's Fishing Tackle, 19 Catherine St., Tel: 061-413484.
