Adult exercise equipment and benches are being provided along the perimeter of the park.
Mungret Park amenities also include two basketball courts which are available for the public to use during park opening hours on Saturdays and Sundays and every day during school holidays.
The area is steeped in archaeological features and has Mungret College in the background to add to the overall amenity value.
