Westfield's Westlands are located on the Condell Road on the northern bank of the River Shannon in Limerick City, close to Shannon Bridge and a fifteen minute walk to the city centre.

There is a variety of wildlife and they have become very accustomed to walkers frequenting the area, allowing people to see the ducks and swans close up. A delight for young children with their families.
The area covers Westfield's Wetlands, Westfield's wildflower meadow, a riverside walk and the Ted Russell Park for a relaxing walk or a picnic.
