Baby Massage Classes

  • Samana Wellnessv4

Learn the ancient art of infant massage to help ease your little one into the big world. A fantastic way of getting to know your baby in a fun and loving manner outside of the daily chores.

Really great for bonding and works well to help with post-natal depression.

Online group classes available at set times or alternatively one-to-one can be arranged at a higher rate.

Classes run regularly and consist of a five week course. Feel the joy and enjoy a relaxed environment, which you can achieve from the comfort of your own home.

I like to ensure that all parents feel totally relaxed so we begin with some self-relaxation techniques leading into the practical learning of massage with your babies. You will be the only one to massage your own baby.

It is always a baby-led class. By this I mean if the baby needs to cry, be cuddled or just play then this is the way the class goes and there is plenty of time to catch up again so you won’t miss out.

The class is a fantastic outlet for you to interact, share tips and ideas with others and learn lots more about your own baby in a different light with plenty of time for a cuppa and some cake too!

Once the course is completed, you can then enjoy drop in classes which give a feeling of continuity and community, online.

The class is a fantastic outlet for you to interact, share tips and ideas with others and learn lots more about your own baby in a different light with plenty of time for a cuppa and some chats at the end, right in the comfort of your own home.
