Thomond Primary School was established here in Ballynanty in September 2015 as an amalgamation of St. Munchin’s GNS, St. Munchin’s CBS and St. Lelia’s Infant School.
At the centre of every great school is its outstanding staff and Thomond Primary School is no exception. Our faculty are trained in instructional best practices and demonstrate a huge commitment to the education and well being of all our students. We strive to provide a very high standard of education within a happy, caring environment. We believe that a broad, balanced, educational experience will allow our pupils to reach their full potential. Our other school partners – an active Parents’ Association, a dedicated Board of Management and supportive Patron – all strive to provide the very best educational experience for our pupils.
