The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant scheme has been expanded to include 3 additional grants to support people to refurbish vacant properties and create domestic accommodation.
The new grants are - Conversion of former commercial or public use buildings, Vacant over the Shop and Expert Advice. Limerick City and County Council is holding the next in a series of “drop in” information events for property owners in the Croom area followed by Newcastle West.
This is an opportunity to come along and meet Limerick City and County Council staff from a selection of the following teams - Vacant Property Refurbishment Grants, Planning and Development, Conservation, Economic Development and Fire Prevention.
