Limerick Archives is delighted to host the National Archives exhibition, The Story of Us, which offers a unique glimpse into life in the Irish Free State a century ago. Through contemporary documents, photographs, audio-visual displays, and census returns, the exhibition explores the lives of the people recorded in the 1926 Census. Visitors can discover how people lived, worked, worshipped, socialised, and participated in sport and culture during a pivotal period in Irish history.
As part of the exhibition programme, Limerick Archives is pleased to partner with the Limerick Civic Trust.
