The traditional Ryder Cup Year to Go celebration will kick-off with a special ‘Live at the Castle’ concert in Limerick, featuring live music as well as an appearance on stage from Captains Luke Donald and Jim Furyk.
Popular Irish bands The Coronas and BIIRD will be performing. It will be hosted by Today FM Presenter Louise Cantillon, who will welcome European Captain Donald and United States Captain Furyk onto the stage for a live Q&A. The ‘Live at the Castle’ event will launch the traditional Year to Go celebration, as the countdown continues to Adare Manor hosting the 2027 Ryder Cup from September 13-19, 2027.
As part of their visit to Limerick for the Year to Go, the two Captains will also take part in their first joint press conference, looking ahead to next year’s contest which will mark the 100-year anniversary of the Ryder Cup.
