Adult Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is an evidence-based training programme that equips participants with the skills to recognise and respond to signs of mental health difficulties or mental health crisis in adults.

The two-day programme is delivered with the support of the HSE, The Haven Hub and Croom Community Development.

This course is a training programme, not a therapy or support group.
