By attending the Legends of Limerick Stage event, attendees agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General
This is a free public event taking place at Arthur’s Quay, Limerick. The event is organised by Big Boss Events in partnership with Limerick City and County Council.
2. Age Restriction
This event is strictly over 18s. Valid photographic identification may be required upon entry. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone unable to provide acceptable proof of age.
3. Right of Admission
Right of admission is reserved. The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the event whose behaviour is considered disorderly, unsafe, intoxicated, or inappropriate, without compensation.
4. Health & Safety
Attendees must comply with all health and safety instructions given by event staff, stewards, or security personnel. For safety reasons, attendees may be subject to bag searches and prohibited items may not be permitted within the event area.
5. Personal Responsibility
All attendees attend the event at their own risk. The organisers, partners, venue owners, contractors, and staff shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained at the event, except where caused by proven negligence.
6. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organisers reserve the right to alter the event programme, schedule, or layout, or to postpone, interrupt, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to adverse weather, public safety concerns, or force majeure.
7. Photography & Filming
Photography and video recording may take place during the event. By attending, attendees consent to the use of their image or likeness in promotional, marketing, or publicity materials related to the event.
8. Prohibited Items
For safety and security reasons, the following items may be prohibited from the event site:
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks or flares
- Any item deemed unsafe by event staff or security
9. Personal Property
The organisers shall not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to the event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and attendees submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
