Julie Psychotherapy

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist operating in Limerick city. I hold a Certificate and BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College. My approach is integrative, meaning that I am familiar with a number of modalities and adjust to my client’s needs accordingly.

My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients so they can feel heard and seen, allowing an exploration of their situation and the emotions wrapped into it. Sessions can be delivered either in person or online, in English or in French.

As humans, I believe we have an incredible capacity to overcome the obstacles we face. As a therapist, my role is to support you in understanding and navigating these challenges so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

My journey in the field of psychology started in 2021, inspired by my own life and mental health challenges. I hope to support anyone who feels that doing this bit of journey alone is just too much.
