Sláintecare Healthy Communities is a cross-Government initiative.
The initiative was rolled out in areas of greatest need and aims to support people’s well-being and provide better access to a range of services to help improve and promote healthier lifestyle behaviours.
PAUL Partnership manages and delivers three Healthy Communities Programmes: Social Prescribing , We Can Quit (smoking cessation programme), and Healthy Food Made Easy.
