Mid-West Simon will reach out to people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or experiencing housing difficulties.
We will work with people in the spirit of cooperation and community to provide appropriate quality standards in our care and support and in housing provision.
We seek to achieve this by:
- Key work, care planning and a continuum of care for all our service users
- Providing a range of appropriate accommodation tailored to peoples’ needs
- Assisting and supporting people on their journeys away from homelessness and into transitional accommodation
- Supporting people to settle in permanent homes
- Supporting people to maintain their tenancies
We will campaign for legislative and policy changes in our vision to end homelessness.
