Unit 5B is a 40-bed Acute Mental Health Unit located in the grounds of University Hospital Limerick.
The Unit offers a comprehensive Mental Health Service to adults, the elderly and also provides a limited service to adolescents. The catchment area covered is the city of Limerick and County.
