• The Limerick Belles will focus on the development of girls in football, concentrating on skills, technique, fitness etc.
• We aim to provide the highest standard of coaching for all girls and all age groups.  Each team will follow a specific plan structured to their specific development.
• We aim to provide the girls with experienced coaches, experienced Gaynor Cup Coaches, experienced Goalkeeping coach and strength and conditioning coach.

Registration is now taken place for the new season starting in August.
