As part of a suite of channels being offered to the people of Limerick to aid the public consultation of the Limerick Development Plan, Limerick City and County Council’s has created a new ‘virtual room’.
The ‘virtual room' is an online consultation room that has been set up to allow the user to access a ‘virtual consultation’ of the new Limerick Development Plan 2022-2028.
At a time when the ‘traditional’ drop-in consultation evenings may not have been an option for Limerick residents, the ‘virtual room’ allows the same experience but from your own home.
By navigating the room, members of the public can:
- Listen to the welcome note from Mayor of the City and County of Limerick Cllr Michael Collins and Limerick City and County Council’s Chief Executive Dr Pat Daly
- Find our more information on what is a Development Plan
- Watch a series of videos explaining the UN Sustainability Goals and each of the Plan’s themes
Finally, information on ‘how to make a submission’ and further links to the ‘Issues Paper’ and background papers are also found within the room.
