The event promises to be an awe-inspiring celebration of gaming and entertainment, showcasing brand new gaming titles and virtual reality technology, along with the latest consoles and merchandise for gamers of all ages and levels.

For those that love to dress up as their favourite character, the Cosplay event is a must with some amazing prizes for the best costumes.
GamerFest 18 will also be hosting a major esports competition in their Esports Arena. Visitors can participate in gaming tournaments including FIFA 18, Forza 7, and Tekken 7 with big prizes for the ultimate winners. Tournaments will be played on a big screen so everyone can be in on the action.
The Live Stage will be packed with gaming action, YouTuber appearances and giveaways. The excellent AllCast Irish Gamers will be on hand to host the festivities, and will be taking part in some amazing gaming challenges with special guests including YouTubers AntiTinkerbell and Nintendo Impact Gaming.
GamerFest also brings you back to where it all started, with the inclusion of an awesome RetroZone, where you can play all the classic consoles and titles. Enjoy a trip down memory lane, or experience these timeless classics for the first time with consoles such as Mega Drive and Super Nintendo. Retro Gamer Ireland will be on hand to keep the RetroZone buzzing all weekend.
You’ll also be able to pick up gaming merchandise in the GamerFest Market. Festival partners Trust Gaming will be on hand with invaluable advice and a huge selection of gaming gear, plus great giveaways throughout the festival. Monster Energy will be providing fun challenges throughout the event with great prizes on offer too
