Eight Week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme

Mindfulness involves intentionally bringing our awareness to the present moment, paying attention to, and connecting to our present experiences, including our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations with openness, curiosity and acceptance.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction will help you to:
- Recognise and manage stress and anxiety more effectively
- Develop and enhance mental and emotional wellbeing
- Increase your ability to relax
- Live more fully with pain, cope better with more long-term pain and illness
- Increase energy and wellbeing
- Improve self-worth and self-esteem
This course runs for eight weeks from 7pm - 9.30pm.
