In accordance with Section 180 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), Limerick City and County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of an order under Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 to declare the roads set out in the schedule hereunder to be public roads.

Take notice that under the terms of the Roads Act, 1993, householders, landowners and occupiers of land are obliged to take all reasonable care to ensure that the trees, ditches, hedges and other vegetation growing on their land are not or could not become a danger to people using or working on a public road.
