Nose to Tail Wine Tasting Dinner served in AA Rosette River Restaurant for an amazing 4-course wine dinner featuring the very best of local seasonal produce.
Executive Chef Tom Flavin will showcase his talents and present an exceptional four course menu.
To celebrate the Pigtown Food Series, the menu shall be Pigtown-themed and will include dishes such as Nose to Tail Terrine, Pressed Belly of Pork, and Black Pudding to name a few. Each course paired with wine/beer.
