A national day of creativity for children and young people, Cruinniú na nÓg took place on 13 June 2020. Children and young people were invited to take part in a range of events and workshops delivered by Limerick Culture and Arts Office in partnership with Fresh Film.
Cruinniú na nÓg is a national initiative that celebrates and encourages participation in culture and creativity through performance, coding, theatre, art and music workshops, readings, screenings, special events and much more.
It is about giving children and young people the opportunity to express themselves through a specially curated programme of cultural and creative activities where they can share their ideas, learn new skills and have fun!
All events are free of charge, child-centred and activity-based. It’s a day for lots of doing, making and creating!
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, and as part of the Government’s #InThisTogether campaign, the Creative Ireland Programme and RTÉ presented Cruinniú na nÓg online for 2020.
All workshop are now live in the individual event listings below and will be available for the duration of the summer.
