The castle is a private residence but can be rented “exclusively”. It has 110 rooms, a ballroom, the largest private wine cellars in Ireland, and an extensive terrace overlooking it's former 20,000-acre estate.
Castle Oliver is nestled between two unspoiled country villages, Ardpatrick and Ballyorgan. Built with Red Sandstone in the Scottish Baronial style, Castle Oliver is a comfortable residence and an elaborate party venue.
Two Oliver descendants, sisters with notable talents in stained glass making and wood turning, built the mock Victorian, red-sandstone pile in 1845.
