The award winning Mustard Seed in Ballingarry, Co Limerick will celebrate Spanish wines on Thursday 21 November at a special dining experience in collaboration with Taste of Dublin and Mastercard.
The evening will feature a delectable six course tasting menu by head chef Angel Pirev and his team paired with wines from various Spanish vineyards thanks to Forrestal Wine Merchants and the Food and Wines from Spain campaign.
According to the latest Irish Wine Market Report from Drinks Ireland | Wine (formerly the Irish Wine Association), which looked at the performance of wine by country of production, Spanish wine is one of Ireland’s favourites, coming in third place after Chile and Australia.
Each carefully selected Spanish wine will be introduced by wine expert Leslie Williams who writes a weekly column for the Irish Examiner and is a regular contributor to the Food for Thought Magazine, as well as the highly respected John and Sally McKennas' Guides.

The sumptuous dinner with Spanish wines costs €75.00 per person and booking is essential. Dinner with wines and bed and breakfast is available from €135.00 per person sharing subject to availability.
