There's nothing quite like the start of a new year to make you sit back, take stock and set yourself new goals and targets for the months ahead. In addition to nourishing their customers with fabulous food, this year Copia Green will become a hub for a wide range of invigorating and informative health and nutrition workshops. They’ve just announced the first of these - Namaste & Nourish and their Pilates Brunch Club.
Namaste & Nourish - Saturday 2nd February (10am - 12pm)
This unique session will comprise of a one hour yoga class (all levels welcome) with the majestic Maggie May (Yoga Life Limerick), followed by an hour-long discussion and Q&A hosted by Noelle Crehan (Nourish with Noelle) about how you can support your mood with food and explores the relationship between how you feel and what you eat. You'll end what promises to be an uplifting morning by sitting down to enjoy an invigorating two course brunch. The cost per person is €40.
Pilates Brunch Club - Sunday 24th February (10am - 12pm)
Run by qualified Pilates Instructor and Physical Therapist Colm Hanley, this hour long Mat Pilates class (all levels welcome) is perfect for preventing injury, helping with rehabilitation and improving your posture. After all of that exertion, we'll help you recover by serving you a nourishing two course brunch. The cost per person is €30.
