Speaking about her appointment, Karen said, “It is a great honour for me to have been elected as President. I’m looking forward to continuing our efforts in supporting our members and providing opportunities for everyone to connect, learn and share ideas. After such a challenging few years, it’s important to stay connected or to reconnect.  Now that we can meet again face to face, a network that supports, educates, and challenges you as a member is as important as ever. I’m looking forward to kicking-off the year with a Masterclass on finding Clarity, gaining Confidence and reclaiming your Personal Power in 2023 delivered by renowned international speaker, mentor and coach Aidan O’Brien on Wednesday January 25th at the Savoy Hotel.”

As President of Network Ireland Limerick, Karen will be responsible for fostering the aims and objectives of Network Ireland, representing the Limerick branch at National Executive meetings and overseeing the smooth running of events locally.

Karen has chosen Down Syndrome Limerick as Network Limerick’s charity partner for 2023. Certain events throughout the year will have a fundraising element and all monies raised will be sent directly to the charity.
