We can bring the history of Adare to life. On this informative walk you will hear about the churches, monasteries, castles, counts, courts and earls.

I’m a Fáilte Ireland approved guide with 20 years experience as a guide in Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. I provide walking tours of Adare on request in English. German or Flemish/Dutch is also possible on request.

We are starting our guided walks of Adare again, with a few adaptations due to Covid-19 restrictions.

A guided tour of Adare will take about 1 hour, but can be adapted to your wishes.

During the tour you will hear all about the prominence of the town of Adare, how it became a major town and how it then declined and was rebuilt again by the Earls of Dunraven.

Pre-booking is essential and HSE guidelines will have to be followed at all times. Wearing a facemask is essential in indoor environments and advisable outdoors.

Social distancing guidelines need to be respected at all times.

Bookings can be made on Eventbrite, via Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram or by calling me.
