Limerick Taekwon-Do Club provides Martial Arts training in the Korean art of self defence. Our students train in a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere where our classes help people of all ages, size and fitness levels to attain well-being, strength and confidence.
The Limerick Taekwon-Do club was founded by Mr Rowland Lenihan in 2012. The atmosphere is vibrant and the club is inclusive, we welcome new and existing members to train in the Korean art of self-defence.
Taekwon-Do is an interactive and enjoyable form of exercise. It will help reduce stress and tension, and will give you the confidence and knowledge to defend and assert yourself.
We always welcome new and existing members throughout the year.
Times:
- Every Tuesday at 7pm in Villiers Secondary School, North Circular Road, Limerick.
- Every Thursday at 6pm in Crescent College Comprehensive, Dooradoyle, Limerick.
